Hi there, I am Trenton Shupp. Originally from Paris, TX, I have lived in Denver, CO since 2021. I have a love for hiking and anything outdoors, all things fitness, and obviously social media and filming. I've started this as a newer UGC creator seeing the lack of resources available to keep track of all of your brand deals, especially if you are also obtaining deals outside of UGC apps. What this desk is for
A brand deal rarely lives in one app. Some come from a UGC marketplace. A lot of them come from an email, a DM, or a friend of a friend. Meridian is the private desk for all of them: the brand, the pitch, the posts, the contract, and what you are still owed.
Beginner is free, and it stops at one live campaign. Pro is unlimited brands and campaigns, plus the contract and the yearly page. Business is the same, shared with a small team. The assistant is not included in any of those. It is an add-on you turn on only if you want drafts, and you pay for that separately.
Sending and capturing work
Connect the mailboxes you already pitch from. Add another email when you send from more than one address. Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo take an app password. When a pitch is ready, pick which address sends it. It leaves as you, and the desk marks that it went out. Messages that belong in a DM stay in that app. Meridian does not pretend to post them.
SideShift cannot be synced from a creator login. Their API belongs to the brand’s company, and Meridian will not ask for that password. Paste the offer email or your recap on Campaigns. The brand, the posts, and any dollar amount in the note are filled in. You correct what it missed instead of typing a blank form.
A spreadsheet import exists if you already have a list of brands. It is a way in, and a backup on the way out. It is not something you pay extra for, and it is not how a deal gets done.
The invoice
An invoice is the page a brand can pay against. It lists the work, what they have already sent, and the balance left. Partial payments stay partial. The PDF is yours to download. It is a record of the job, not a tax form.
